Information For ClientsIn conjunction with all Service Agreements, the following shall apply:ExclusivityFuller International Executive Banque operates on an exclusive basis.RetainerA non-refundable retainer is requested. The retainer is applied against the final recruitment invoice and is valid for 12 months.TravelPre-approved travel related expenses are the responsibility of the client.AdvertisingPre-approved advertising expenses are the responsibility of the client.Our FeesFees are based on a percentage of the candidates estimated first years' total remuneration package including bonuses. The maximum billable fee is 30%.Additional ServicesA Psychological Appraisal or Skills Test is available upon request for an additional fee.Candidate ReferralsShould a client refer a candidate (who is introduced to the client by Fuller International) to a 3rd party, then the client shall be responsible for a recruitment fee if the 3rd party hires the candidate within 24 months. Furthermore, should a Fuller International candidate NOT be recruited by the client yet provide 3rd party candidate/s to the client, then the client shall be responsible for a recruitment fee if the client hires the 3rd party candidate/s within 24 months.Note: Fuller International Executive Banque unequivocally reserves all rights to client representation. |
